Be careful to dispose or sell the team because he can give
the buyer more than it has negotiated. There are already
many reported incidents of identity theft resulting from the

Nuking data
Prior to that old PC of yours, make sure the contents of
your hard disk has been eliminated. There are several ways
that you can do this. Here are five of them.
File / Folder Removal - The most common way to erase the
hard disk is by deleting all its contents, as well as
emptying the recycle bin. Needless to say, this is the
easiest way to get rid of the files or folders on your
storage media. However, deletion of files is not effective
in eradicating data completely. The process only removes the
file pointer, but not the file itself. The operating system
can not see the file, but in reality it still exists in the
discs. Therefore, the supposedly deleting can be recovered
by using a data recovery software.
Reformatting - Reformatting your hard disk deletes all data
recorded on it. However, this does not mean that deleted
files can not be recovered because the procedure only
destroys the data structure. Thus, the files that were
previously stored in it can still be recovered.
Degauss - This cleaning method of data includes using a
strong magnet removes the electronic content of the magnetic
media through the application of the inverse magnetic field.
